Fowlmouth Outdoors

We went and spent the weekend hunting Sandhill Cranes. We had a blast. My buddy and I took our boys to Soda Springs for the weekend. Got up early saturday morning set out the deeks and got two. Went in to town ate a nice breakfast then went back to camp and waited for the afternoon hunt. Had a great afternoon hunt. Had some birds land a field over from us, so I decided to go scare them out of that field so they wouldn't be short stoppin our deeks. Got that done and on the way back had two fly out look at the guys and then fly back past me. Well that was there mistake, I had seen them comin hid in the weeds then stood up and dropped them both! I couldn't believe it, 2 shots 2 birds! Here are a couple of pictures of our birds. We ended up gettin 7 cranes!!

that is awesome wish they would have had a crane season in oregon we could have slaughtered them down there. Looks like you boys are going to have a heck of a dinner.
