Iam Duckpoor and I am a call whore

Postby Duckpoor on Thu Mar 27, 2008 3:02 am

Like so many other I have an addiction to calls. :P

Some are tools and some are show pieces.
Some are friends and some just plain haven't gotten to be friends yet.
Grew up on Hot Rod A-50's, Ken Martins, Blakemores and Bishop flutes.
I have since gone to short reeds and have Grounds, Zink ,Saunders , GK's, Winglocks, Hess's , and a variety of "others".
Duck calls range from a stable full of Old Olts , Lohmans, RNTs when they were Rich-n-tones, haydels, fowl langs, LA brass bells, Chein's and more than a few I whittled myself over the years and again some "others"

My lanyard has an Original Winglock in Delrin, a TG Supermag, Hedge Long mag with Half breed guts and a Graphite Half Breed close at hand. (just in case.)
I carry an DP original with reworked RNT tone channel and a Wench for the ducks. One Loud ... one not so much.

Love em all and can't get enough of any of them.

R Green
Trying to decide. Am I still learning or relearning what I already forgot?

My new SMH in Cocobola. It has a competition insert and is my first real good goose call!
