anyone know what a good brand of a duck boat is?

I think it is called the gator trax that we saw at the mud buddy plant when we went there they are awsome

a duck boat is what you make of it... it all depends on what you want out of a boat... some use them to get to point and A and B... some use them as floating blinds... it depends on what areas you hunt... such as Mud Boats or Jets... also how many people you want to run with...

are all good boats...my next boat will be a Gator Hide 3 man from Gator Trax... but it fits what I'm looking for in a boat...

there are a ton off great boats out there! Really comes down to where and how you hunt. I get as much use (and many years shoot more ducks) using an 8 ft aquapod or my 13.5 ft osprey as I do with any of the big "Duck Boats" that I hunt out of.

The two big boats I like the best are the War Eagle 648LDV for smaller lakes and rivers & for big rivers (Lower Columbia) or Bays I like the Alumaweld Super Vee LT 18.

Rough necks from Lowe are popular around these parts.
Welded, Deep, wide and simple open floor plan .they are available in 17 and 19 foot sizes . We do alot of portable shore blind and decoy hauling with our rigs and that configuration works well for us.
Mud Buddy fliptop blinds fit them well and are a comy, dry place to hide when we have water.
Like has been said .. depends on where and how you have to do it.
