Where the heck are the Teal ?

Getting close to time for the Teal season to kick of and we are seeing very few hanging around Central Illinois.
Had some real early like in early July, but even those are hard to find.
Darn weather has been so off the wall, I am wondering if they are Late , holding somewhere or just Hiding. :?:

Lots of Resident Geese again so I am sure the trips won't be lacking.

we saw about 200 the other day in one location in idaho
